The worst experience I have ever had with a wrecker company they was rude no help and I wouldn't use them if I had to drag my car with a rope they are price gouging people and I hope the wheels fall off all there wreckers at once

MY FRIEND HAD A SEIZURE AND HIS CAR WAS TOWED. HE WAS NOT FININACIALY ABLE TO GET CAR OUT. ON HIS PAPERWORK IT HAS MEDICAL AS THE TOW TYPE. UNTIL HE COULD GET HIS CAR OUT HE ASK TO GET HIS PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND MOBILE PHONE THEY SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $85.00 JUST TO GET HIS BELONGINGS SO WHEN DOES GETTING YOUR CAR IMPOUNDED GIVE THE TOWING COMPANY TO ASK FOR MONEY AFTER ALL THEY MAKE MONEY WHEN VEHICLES AREN'T RECOVERED
