I had to remove new ear studs and couldn’t put them back in. I was afraid the holes had closed up. I went to Identity and was immediately welcomed by the friendliest people. They put the studs back and did not charge me! I will be going back there to select some of their beautiful in-house jewelry. Place is professional and spotlessly clean. I would use this business for my further piercing needs.

Two of my friends and I went in for our own piercings. We booked online but I made a mistake with the booking - but Alex and Derek were so accommodating! They were very pleasant and super knowledgeable about the procedures, aftercare and available jewelry. Alex and Derek are very professional and super amazing to talk to. Alex is hilarious and very efficient doing 3 piercings, and two jewelry changeouts in 45 mins - 10/10 would get another piercing from this shop!

Can not thank Alex and Derek enough for such a wonderful piercing experience! Alex was so friendly, accommodating, experienced and professional despite my piercing anxieties. I am a forever client!
