Me & my friends had ordered lettuce as an extra which we were unable to finish. The guy who came to clear our table spoke very loudly in Korean in front to the other staff like he was yelling him for giving us a lot of lettuce. He seemed like a manager of the restaurant but the way he scolded the other staff, we felt really bad.If lettuce was an extra, it could have been added to the bill we wouldn’t mind paying. The staff remained calm and kept smiling. Kudos & 2 stars to that! Also for billing, two of our friends tried with the bank card pin, it showed incorrect. We don’t forget our card pins. Maybe it was the connection or machine’s default. Tried several times with the same pin, it worked finally. The guy was doubting us for forgetting our card pin and probably thought we wouldn’t payI have worked in hospitality & as a supervisor for many years, “customers are right” is always there.
We are not going there again as this lettuce thing happened twice already with the same guy yelling at different staff. It doesn’t look good in front of the customers. Hope this is looked after.
