I have been going off and on for about 16 years not every time it has been pleasant but with those years of experience I have noted if you want the best service anywhere you go in early From opening to noon or 2pm the latest, you will get great service. They seem to panic or get overwhelmed with too many customers, they do there best to keep them all and that is when you get a mediocre service. But when they are not full and have 5 customers or so, OMG you get the ROYAL treatment, trust me is AMAZING, they go beyon making you feel special. I always feel like a queen or a celebrity when I go because of how they treat me and the work is fabulous.
**Note: You do have to point out nicely what is bothering you in order for them to fix it, if you dont they will think you are ok with it and they do make sure you are happy, they want you back.**
One thing you really have to over look is the comments from the owner is the humor culture differences that might offend the now a days sensitive ones, that dont know the difference between someone try to be silly, charming and cute with what they feel is disrespectful, in appropriate or even harassing, all he does is talk nonesense but does not at no point over pass that, you must be very sensitive to not know that he is just trying to amuse his customers in what he thinks is charming, he works along side his wife so really those that feel offended just note he is a business men and his woman is there. You must be really naive to think is about you or more.
