I started a trail at Bikini Bods and before the trial ended I had already signed up. No one session is like the next. Each session is challenging and yet so fun. Dee is an amazing instructor and pushes you to do the best you possibility can. If you want results and a good time getting them then you need to give Bikini Bodies a go! 100% recommend.

I love this place!! All the trainers are so encouraging and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I like how they give tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. The 45 min training goes super fast, and I really enjoy doing it, especially with other like-minded ladies who are always so supportive. Every day is a new training session, so it is never boring. It’s great! I feel 10 years younger!

Absolutely recommend Bikini Bods to all women looking to gain confidence, strength and fitness. Muay Thai is accessible to anyone keen to learn. The trainers are amazing, everyone is super welcoming and supportive, amazing workouts guaranteed.
