I always looked forward to getting sweets from here, but it seems that it has definitely gone downhill over a period of time.
If the cream in the cakes are visibly yellow and cracking as though they've started drying out, don't insult customers by trying to convince them that they are fresh.
People would be more inclined to buy a small portion and try it if you told them that they were made the previous day, rather than lie to their faces about it being made that morning and have them walk out empty handed.
After seeing how the owner responds to others feedback, it's evident they can't handle constructive criticism, which is why the quality of the sweets has degraded substantially.
I really hope this business picks it's standards up again, I'd hate to see it close down because of arrogance.
