Went in today for an 11 o’clock appointment. Minimally greeted and directed to the polish wall to pick out polish, which isn’t really abnormal to be dismissed somewhat right away but definitely did not set a great tone for what happened next. I had an appointment for my self and my daughter to get our nails painted, within seconds of sitting down a little boy walks over to the waiting area that I can only assume is an employees child, which doesn’t bother me, it’s a blessing to not have to pay for child care, however I believe when you bring your child to work you need to have a standard for how they act. Right away this child was running laps around the table, climbing on it, licking it, poking at myself and my daughter and overall disrupting our calm “spa day”. Not only was the behavior not corrected, it continued with the child attempting to climb up the door and opening and closing it. To me that experience is not worth the price they would’ve expected me to pay for the services and certianly wouldn’t have earned a tip in addition to the poor experience. We won’t be going back.
