Love my nails! Went to QV for 1st time and without an appointment for an acrylic refill. They asked me to wait about 30 mins and then theyd take me. I had French acrylic nails applied. I asked for short and the result was perfect! Their price was very reasonable. Upon leaving I was given their card for next time and it was then I saw their hours of operation. They closed at 7:00 pm that night and it was 8:00 pm when I left. Talk about customer service! Not once did someone say "were closing soon" or "sorry, but without an appointment we cant take you". They took me and were as welcoming as if I had been a long-time client. Now thats service! Highly recommend!
