Lauren (the new owner) is very skilled in colour, high lights and trendy cuts too! I love the “Extra perks” in her service too: double shampoo with conditioner and a luxurious scalp massage; including hot towels for my neck. I felt like I was in a spa! To describe my experience in point form:
1. Lauren really pays attention to detail and she “Listens” to what I want
2. Trends, she really stays on top of all the new Trends, always taking new courses and upgrading her skills too.
3. Honesty when she quotes a price, she sticks to it, and never over charges.
4. Technical Skills, are amazing, she really knows her colours; she’s quite the artist
5. Adaptability she does everything in her power to please and makes you feel like you’ve been BFF
