I've never reviewed on here but I just witnessed a customer be treated so poorly. This guy had ordered his food and asked for some drinks, he changed his mind on the drinks as she walked to the fridge to get them. She didn't quite get what he said but explained he'll just get them from the shop next door as it was only water. She then huffed and became annoyed by this. She then rudely told him to stay next to the wall until his food was ready and not the counter.. it wasn't what she said but how she said it, no manner, please nothing. The gentleman politely highlighted this to her and she then pretended to say she was polite which she genuinely wasn't she then walked off in a huff and came back and gave this guy his money back and refused to serve him, bless him. Utterly disgusting customer service someone teach this angry you g lady how to speak to customers, shell be the down fall of this place as everyone else is very nice such a shame.
