Food was dry and overcooked, took 20 minutes despite being the only customer.As other reviews have said, food was the best down south under old management and now the service is slow and the food just isn’t up to par.Another note, the employee working at the time was not following state guidelines regarding face masks.Edit: In response to the owners replyYou were not busy, I was the only customer, which is why I was concerned about the wait.The food, without a doubt was dry and not good enough, especially when compared to the high standards of the previous owners. I am not the only one who feels this way, take a look at your prior reviews. Stop arguing with the customers who leave honest feedback regarding the state of the store and just do better with your quality of food and service.Regarding masks, as far as I can see on the state government website, they are mandatory in indoor public places as seen with every other shop at Southgate Square.
