We come to rent And roll at 9:00am and we are still here at 1:00pm. After they took the vehicle to the back to repair the tire they came back out the vehicle still had the spare on it and informed us it'll be Monday before they can order tires. The picture below is what they left on the van and we were expected to drive to Dallas Texas from Little Rock Arkansas. We were expected to get on the highway until we ask how......all of a sudden it takes 30 minutes to go pick up the tire ......however that 30 minutes turned into another 2 hours.
I would not recommend this facility.
