my mom & I went for just pedicures this morning. owner was very pleasant, got the foot baths set up & running & we soaked. mom's technician came in a few minutes later, young woman, very pleasant & good. my technician came in a few minutes after that, older woman, put on USED gloves & got going. not sure if tools were clean or sanitized... she didn't do a real good job on my cuticles, and kept going o er my arches when I asked her not to (severely ticklish so not pleasant). she was done with me before my mkm, and she came in later. she then started on other women's feet USING THE SAME GLOVES & DIRTY TOOLS. not going back
