Reading the reviews and getting the vibe that people dont realise that the best Chinese food isnt just fried rice!!
Definitely recommend trying some of their more authentic dishes before you review again.
And in terms of customer service, the staff seemed like they were doing their best considering it was a busy Friday night dinner rush.
Could see that they even tried to help cater to families with children, and helped clean tables so that it wouldnt be so messy for everyone.
Cant beat the pricing either - similar to your China Bar franchise prices etc.

someone has informed me that there was a poor male manager about a year ago...
It seems to have changed to a female recently and seems to be much better :)
