Im EXTREMELY picky about my hair. Ive tried out a lot of barbers in Vancouver over the years and have a very small list of people I go to. Maxim is one of the best in Vancouver. I go to him regularly for my haircuts for both his skill (which is top notch), and the care he delivers to each of his customers - and that says something coming from someone whos as picky as I am. He never rushes through anything. That is all that needs to be said. Always a satisfying experience.

Maxim is very passionate about his work and like what he is doing. My regular place to get a haircut, I don’t even need to say anything, Maxim knows how I will look the best already (even though, I am pretty sure if customer will come with a request, Maxim would definitely follow the request for 100%). Definitely recommend!

Never ask an artist for a specific hairstyle, he’ll know what type of style best suits you. He’s been my hairstylist since 2019, and I must admit every time I style at Hair by Maxim, the style remains the same for at least 4 weeks! This place is better than Suki and way cheaper!
