Food is really good and no doubt about that but poor customer service. I witnessed waitress sliding a can of coke to a customer on table (he was totally shocked and speechless while looking at me. I replied that she is definitely not in a good mood). The other issue is that there waiting time can be between 1 to 2 hrs as I have been there few times and had same issue. It is understandable that they are busy but I think the problem is they take ages to prepare food. When you ask them how long will it take they become abrupt "what do you want me to do its too busy" this was said to me after waiting 90 min for food.
