The venue used to be my regular hub for a shisha for almost 5 years. To be honest the atmosphere is great for having a relaxing time with friends. The reason for my rating for this venue is that over the past year the staff have become rude and arrogant. They are making new rules out of thin air without any justifiable meaning. For instance, saying that a customer need to order 2 shisha if 3 people as otherwise they will get counsel complaints due to the number of customers which is absolutely nonsense. I understand the price is reasonable compared to other locations. But if you want to get yourself treated respectfully please get yourself a different venue. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic!!
