The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We dropped a driveshaft off and a guy called discussing options on what we could do to fix it, such as different shaft, yoke and u-joint sizes. Curtis was in the background telling him to get off the phone. He was being very rude to his employee to the point the guy had to put me on hold. After about 30 seconds, Curtis picked up the phone and said “he can’t be on the phone all day, he has work to do.” So basically, he could careless about taking care of his customers and doesn’t have a clue how to treat his help. Mind you, our phone call was only 7 minutes long after all of that. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had with the guy, should’ve learned my lesson the first time. I’d highly advise against using him.
