My experience was probably one of the best. I’ve been coming here for a while but I’m deciding to write this review for anyone who isn’t sure/is looking for a new salon (and now barbershop too!) Everyone there was really respectful and kind, they even went as far as to offer me refreshments (really good coffee, better than what you’d expect). The stylists are always asking if I’m ok with haircut so far, if there is anything else I want done or anything I think needs fixing before they continue. They really make you feel like you’re in control of your hair and they value your opinions. They really make sure that you love how you look at the end of the haircut and if there is anything that you’d change, they’ll do it for you with no problem. They sincerely appreciate the feedback and improve. Not to sound repetitive, but I cannot stress this enough, they actually LISTEN. They don’t undermine you. Their shampoos and other products (gels, conditioners, colours, etc.) don’t damage my hair which I personally love. Although a very professional, clean and respectful environment, the stylists at SplitEnds still treat you like family every time. I 100% recommend this place.
