Not very helpful, unkind and Oblivious staff.
I rushed and drove back to Cineworld on the night of 19th May just before or after midnight as I didn’t find my bank card and cineworld movie card in my pockets after reaching home from the movie hall. I saw a cineworld employee climbing up the escalators. He probably just shut the cineworld doors and was going back to the main Cineworld area. He couldn’t hear me as there were 2 transparent locked doors between us.
After about a minute I saw 2 Starbucks female employees and waved at them hoping they would open the door and I could go to the seat where my cards might have fallen. Would have taken just 5 mins.
They both clearly saw me waving for help but completely ignored me. Didn’t even try to check what I had to say. The main glass door was locked so they didn’t have to be scared. So they might not have been able to open the doors but they could have at least come to the glass doors/walls to check what was I trying to say. Very unhelpful staff.
I then went to the car park to get my car and I saw a cineworld employee who agreed to go back and check. But her other employee told her to tell me to come back the next day.
The cleaners had done their work and left the next morning before I could go to the hall and check. They apparently didn’t find anything.
