The man who works there has messed up nails repeatedly. I’ve had Suzie do my nails before and it was amazing, however this last visit was so awful. I asked about a charge that was completely different from the price given, and the explanation was because my nails were “long”. I got acrylic with a gel paint listed at $40, i was charged 55. I’m not sure where they’re coming up with these numbers, but it’s obviously whatever they feel like. I’m attaching a picture here. He picked at my skin with some nail tool because he got acrylic on my finger, so there’s a piece of my skin under my nail that’s just picked off. I told him that it was hurting, he completely ignored me.
Suzie was also unhelpful as I asked multiple times to explain to elderly woman doing my pedicure that I wanted a specific color for my French tip toe nails, they added the pink clear after the fact and now my toe nails look bumpy because of how many layers they put on. On top of that the only toe that’s a tip is the big toe, the rest are sloppily done blobs of white. I’m going on a 25 day trip and I won’t even have time to find someone to fix the mess they made.
