absolutely atrocious. Service was horrible. cashier was a sneaky liar. I went to tramore excited for tropical sorbet . yet my dream was CRUSHED. I kindly asked for a tropical sorbet ice cream and to my suprise he told me it was out of stock. I accepted my fate in a pleasant manner. However, i turn around to a shiny, glistening sorbet engulfed in the glorious sun on display ready to eat. This is appalling. Why lie about it not being avaliable? this is disgusting behaviour and ive never felt so backstabbed in my life. when I return to Tremore I will not be attending the doughnuts bar I think that much is clear. I will be telling every single person I know at this doughnut bar is appalling in service and experience . also my last complaint, I would like to complain about my little flying friend who was harassing me when I was eating my ice cream( not the tropical sorbet clearly) it flew into my face and by my surprise I nearly fell on the floor due to my chair tipping over from this vicious attack of the fly .
