On 3-16-21 I paid in-full for my brows, eyeliner, and lip color to be permanently tattooed on. It was $350. I went in and got my brows done and they look great. My liner needs a touch-up pretty bad and my lips have not been done. I have been trying to contact Jen for months now with absolutely no response from her. I had been trying to make appointments with her and we couldn't get our days to line up or she just wouldn't respond but she would send me links to buy stuff. Now my proof of deposit has expired and I guess that money is lost. So I paid for my services fully but only got half of what I paid for. After this I wouldn't even trust her to finish. She does good work but I'll never use her again. I'd suggest paying as you go.
