I just thought I had received bad service from other companies and people before, but in 64 years I have been naive. I left a mower for a carburator rebuild, was quoted 70$ and 20 for labor on a oil change as I already had the filter and oil. So the pricing was agreed to and I was told to call in a week.
When I called I was told that the bill was 300$. Then I made a horrible mistake, I asked him why he didn't call me before tripling the agreed to price. He said he wasn't capable of rebuilding the carburator and had to replace it. I said I didn't understand why I didn't get a phone call.
At that point I was told"I don't give a GD wether you come get it or not, the moth__ ___ker can sit outside till it rots for all I care." in a loud and clear way. NEVER AGAIN
