I've gotten hair care services from Pam Jones, and she is quick, fair priced, and does a very excellent job with my hair. She's the only reason I come back and gave the facility 4 stars. She deserves 5 stars, but I have to comment about how the barber side of the staff is. First time we came and a guy cut my son's hair in rush, and it wasn't worth the $15 I paid. My son had still had pieces of hair sticking up on his head after the cut because he dude cut it every which a way instead of taking his time. On top of that when you walk in unless you're their client they show no type of hospitality, and dont seem very welcoming at all. People are supposed to speak when you walk in their business, but they just stare at you as if you're an intruder. The customer service can definitely use some toning up on the barber side. I will continue to visit and let Mrs. Pam do my hair, but my son will never get services with the barbers ever again because of the stink attitudes are unnecessary!
