I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure . My job doesnt allow color nails or long nails. Since I am going on vaca I decided to do the basic package of $35 for both plus $10 tip i left them.
The girl kept telling me to do the more expensive manicure ( at least 4 times I was asked to do gel) I explained to her that my job did not allow color nails and since I only needed a manicure for a few days , the package I got would be enough . But I did not expect after only 24 hours I would see reflected the bad job they girl did for my nails . To be fair I was at the nail salon at 5:40pm , the salon closed at 7pm , I asked them if It would have enough time to be done for both jobs , if not only pedicure would be ok. I was told both jobs was ok, but the girl was in such a hurry that manicure is BAD after only 24 hours.
I believe I deserve a good service even if its basic mani and pedi ( that is all I needed) and I left $10 tip and paid even before the mani was completed .
