Overall. Absolutely amazing: very fresh and rice well seasoned
Agadashi tofu - was excellent...first fry; medium firmness tofu; good flavour profile of sweet/tangy 9/10
Mixed Tempura - first fry; light tempura batter; well seasoned tempura sauce; good mix of vegetables and prawns 9/10
Inside out salmon crunch roll - MUST TRY
great presentation; excellent quality salmon and very fresh avocado; perfectly toasted nori; rice perfectly cooked and seasoned; fresh crispy toasted onions; good sauces...the California crunch is also excellent. 10/10
House salad - nice presentation, abundant fresh avocado 9/10
Sashimi set - fresh 8/10 fresh salmon and tuna, nice miso soup, rice was well cooked, mackerel cut slightly imperfect dragging score down but a 10/10 for price point
