Used to like going to this salon, the owner or manager woman has always been snarky, but I never paid attention to it. Their work is decent and their prices are not bad at all. This last time I went in, I scheduled an appointment (because everyone knows if you walk in and ask for a service, they will look at you like you’re crazy) for right after 5 o clock. I walked in at exactly 5:06, and was immediately told that I was too late for my appointment. (1 minute Okay..) I was also told my friend (who had an appointment at 5:05 as well) would not be able to get services done at all. I was getting a gel manicure, so they had already wrapped my nails in tin foil to get the gel off. We quickly decided when the manager got an attitude with us to just leave the shop and go somewhere else for our manicure. The manager then asked me for her tin foil back and asked me to take used tin foil off my nails so she could re-use it on other customers. I will most definitely not be back to this business, mostly because of the rudeness and attitude I received for being one minute late.
